That's why students should learn all the concepts in the NCERT textbook. Enroll in a NEET crash course if you need help understanding the concepts.

Solve Previous Year's Question Papers

Once you have completed your NEET syllabus, start practicing the previous year's question paper and giving mock exams. Giving mock tests not only helps you to find the gaps in your knowledge but also helps you to revise different-different topics. If you are a class 10th student and have your NEET Exam, start solving the NEET previous year's question paper. Solving the NEET Question paper have the following benefits:

Use Pomodoro Technique:

Pomodoro is an Italian name for tomato. And the Pomodoro Technique was developed by Italian Scientist Francisco Cirilio as a university student using a Timer Watch to look like a tomato. It's a time management technique. It encourages people to divide their work and time into 25-25 minutes small chunks and take five minutes break after completing each session task.

How to use it?

  • For example, you want to revise two biology chapters in two hours, then divide this time into four thirty-minute (25+5) slots each.

  • Make a list of topics that you can revise in these 25 minutes. Then take a break of five minutes.

  • Repeat the process until you achieve your goal.

Believe in yourself and avoid all distractions:

An "I believe in me" attitude is necessary to achieve your goals. Never doubt your abilities; if you fail once, you will fail again. Let the fear of any subject go away with a "positive affirmation" of your ability to learn. Make a list of positive affirmations that indicate you are a good learner. Paste it in front of your study chair. Always stick with it when you feel demotivated. Some of the positive affirmations are given below:

"I can do it."

"I can learn anything."

"My brain is powerful."

Sometimes it's helpful to have a piece of paper and a pen to write down your thoughts about why you are confused. One of the best things about mindfulness meditation is that you learn to admit your mistakes, calmly get back to your study and achieve your goals.

In today's world, social media is another reason for distraction. Try to limit its use.
